Compliance, Internal Control and Operational Risk Prevention Department to help ensure the protection of its clients’ interests.
Within this context, the Legal Services Department of BNP Paribas Asset Management has for the past three years embraced a quality approach that combines ensuring
customer satisfaction with improving the reliability of its services, timeliness and the
compliance of products with the statutory requirements.
At the end of October 2008, AFAQ-AFNOR, an independent
certification body, awarded
ISO 9001
certification to the Legal Services Department of BNP Paribas Asset Management, for its “legal advisory and administration activities related to third-party asset management.”
